A TASTY MIX OF PIMENTO, CINNNAMON, CLOVES, SMOKED SALT & CHILLI.This SMOKEY mix is great on pork, chicken or fish. Simply drizzle your chosen cut with olive oil, then scatter over a good handful of the seasoning. Gently rub all that FLAVOUR into the meat or fish to ensure an even coating then cook to your liking. Serve with fluffy rice, a crisp green salad and a big dollop of natural yoghurt, with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over. SERVES 4.
